Delete your ActivGoals account
This page explains how to delete your ActivGoals account (developer: ActivForge) and the data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (immediate)
- Open the ActivGoals app.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Your account and its data are permanently deleted right away, and you are returned to the login screen.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address linked to your account at contact@activforge.app with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
- Your account and email address
- Your activity history (walks, runs, treadmill and step sessions)
- Your training plans and plan progress
- Your fitness profile
- Your group memberships and relationships
- Your notification (push) tokens
If you own a group with other members, ownership is transferred to another member so the group is not lost for them.
Data retention
Deletion is permanent — we do not keep a personal copy of your data after deletion. Residual copies in encrypted backups, if any, are purged within 30 days. We may retain minimal records only where required by law.
